By creating a Citovate account you agree to these terms.

The service

Citovate asks AI assistants questions about your market and reports how they answer. AI answers change often and can be wrong. Our reports describe what the assistants said when we checked. They don't guarantee future results, rankings or revenue.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• Only set up tracking for businesses you own or are authorized to represent.
• Don't misuse the service, overload it, or try to access other customers' data.

Plans and billing

The free plan is free. Pro is $49/month, billed only after you ask to upgrade and agree to it. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
